The following Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Epsom Girls Grammar School Shop website and any purchases you make using this website.

When making uniform purchases, please refer to the size guide for measurements or visit the school shop to try on garments first.

We undertake reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and product prices appearing on our website are correct at the time content was entered into our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been published incorrectly, including prices.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time the order is placed and when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to prevent someone misusing or gaining unauthorized access to your Epsom Girls Grammar School login credentials.

UNIFORM EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns or exchanges

Please choose your item carefully and if unsure of your size please visit the EGGS uniform school shop. We do not accept items for refund or return if you change your mind.

You have ​14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must not have been worn or altered in any way.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will inspect your item/s and if the above criteria have been met, we will either exchange your item/s or refund the card that was used for the original purchase. Cash refunds will not be given.

Faulty Items

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. On inspection if we deem the fault to be due to misuse or not following the care instructions, we may not issue a replacement or refund.

We guarantee to repair garments where a manufacturing, fabric or trim defect has arisen within six months of purchase. If a repair is not possible, we will replace the garment. We do not guarantee against damage caused by normal wear and tear. For hygiene reasons, we require that any garment returned for repair is freshly washed.
